Refund & Returns Policy – FriendsCart

We always strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Certain items, such as personalized, intimate, or hygiene-based products, are non-returnable for safety reasons.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are only issued for items that meet our return conditions.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.

  • As per Indian tax laws, GST and other taxes collected during purchase are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Important:

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory to claim a defective or missing item.

  • If the size issue or mistake is from our side, we’ll replace it for free.

  • If the exchange is due to a customer error (wrong size or preference), additional shipping charges may apply.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Downloadable items

  • Personal care and hygiene products (unless defective)


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:
